i have bought a software application which was working on Google Cloud, this software is a traffic SEO software application, since i have relocated to Digital Ocean it’s not working, so is there any rules connecting to traffic should add it to cloud firewall software.

You can try allowing all traffic in your firewall program. If you’re not using our firewall software as a service (in the cloud panel) then this would already be the default on our beads. Otherwise I would say no, there’s nothing truly particular about our service that needs extra actions to receive or send out traffic.
